Today, February the CPSC filed a Stay of Enforcement regarding the Notice of Enforcement of Testing and Certification Requirements as provided by the CPSIA. I have attached a copy of the stay for your review. While technically this does not affect the way we do business, there is a small impact that will not occur on February 10th as originally thought. In essence, manufacturers and suppliers do not have to furnish a Certificate of Conformity for their products as originally mandated by the CPSIA.
